Cultural Business

Shoda Shoyu believes that by preserving a local culture, we are at the same time cultivating a new culture. The Bun-emon Conference Hall and adjacent Shoda Gallery in the Head Office grounds are picturesque buildings, which, like our Headquarters House, were made by renovating old soy sauce brewing houses. They are spaces in which the warmth of ancient timber comes together with the latest facilities. Reflecting our wish to contribute to cultural enlightenment of the community, these buildings are open for use by the local community, for various activities such as concerts and symposiums.
In addition, in 2008, Shoda Shoyu acquired the naming rights to the Gunma Prefectural Shikishima Park Athletics Stadium. The Shoda Shoyu Stadium Gunma, as we named it, has become a familiar household name.
